The Problem
A great video isn’t the hard part. Using it is.
For most teams, the problem isn’t getting a video made. It’s what happens after.
Even a genuinely good film is usually one asset for one moment. Posted once, then gone, and the investment starts to feel heavy for a single post. Then the real work (resizing, captioning, writing the copy, working out what goes where) lands back on your desk.
That’s if the story even landed. Too often, powerful work gets flattened into marketing, reduced to a product or a statistic. When the people in those stories are vulnerable, getting it wrong isn’t a bad edit. It’s a real risk you can feel.
So the best stories either go untold, or get told once and forgotten.
How We Think
We start with the person, not the production.
Before Little Frames, I spent more than a decade working as a carer in the disability sector. I know how to be in the room with someone sharing something that matters. How to listen, when to hold back, and how to make a person feel respected rather than used.
That’s the difference between a film that extracts a story and one that honours it. Trust is built by stepping back and letting real people speak for themselves.
We think the same way about the teams we work with. Most are lean and stretched, so we carry the heavy load rather than hand it back. You get a complete, ready to deploy content kit and a clear plan for using it.
Storytellers first. Problem solvers for the people who have to make it all work.
The product isn’t the story. The person is.
What It Is
One story, filmed once. A content system that works everywhere.

An Impact Story is a human led film built around one real person, produced with care and delivered as a modular kit: a cinematic hero film, short form cuts for every platform, a photo library, and the documents your team needs to run it. Not an ad. A brand asset that keeps earning trust long after the shoot wraps.

03
Production
We take care of everything, from pre production and filming to post. You’re involved in the decisions that matter, not the logistics.
04
Delivery
Every asset handed over in a structured package, ready to use across your website, social and presentations straight away.
Our guarantee: if the story direction doesn’t feel right, we revise until it does, at no extra cost.
What You Get
Everything, ready to deploy.
One production day becomes a full library of content, shaped for every place your story needs to live.
The Deliverables
Hero film: 2 to 4 min, cinematic (16:9)
2 to 3 short form social edits, each drawn from the hero film but built around a different angle, so every piece adds something new instead of doubling up
Vertical and square cuts (9:16 · 4:5 · 1:1)
Professional photography: polished, art directed stills (hero portraits, action, key moments) for your website, decks and campaigns
Behind the scenes and candid shots: authentic, spontaneous frames from the day, ready for organic social and UGC style content
Colour grade, sound design, licensed music, subtitles, platform ready exports
Also Included
Brand Story Narrative Summary: the written story, doubling as ready made copy for descriptions, captions and posts.
Impact Distribution Guide: a simple map of every asset and where it goes, so anyone on your team can run the rollout.
Where It Lives
One story. Everywhere it needs to be.
It becomes a core brand asset, not a one off production.

A Story We Told
Kieran’s Story · Permobil
For Permobil’s Innovating for Individuals series, we let Kieran tell his own story, in his own words: what powerchair hockey has given a man who’s used a chair since he was three. One shoot became a whole content system, built to work across every one of Permobil’s channels.

Nobody could watch those videos and feel sorry for Kieran, and I love that. You’ve really captured how amazing he is, and how there’s not one iota of him that feels sorry for himself. They’re beautiful videos. Really, really proud to have them.
Susie Ballantyne · Permobil
Making video might seem like a challenging project, but with Little Frames on board the whole process is a breeze. The edits are done beautifully, the turnaround is always quick. I wouldn’t get anyone else to make our videos, only Little Frames.
Magda Bennett · B. Braun
Marcos brings so much care to the process, especially when working directly with end users. He creates a comfortable, respectful environment, listens deeply, and helps people share their stories in a way that feels authentic. Little Frames are more than a service provider. They’re a true partner.
Michelle Wheeler, Permobil
The Permobil films live on a dedicated series section of their global site, run across LinkedIn and social, and are used in sales conversations and internal stakeholder presentations.
Working Together
We take on three story projects a month.
That’s deliberate. This work depends on care and attention, and we’d rather tell a few stories properly than many quickly. Every project is scoped after a story discovery conversation, so what you receive reflects your story, not a package.
A detailed proposal is provided following story discovery.
